Shake the makeup remover, then apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the eyes and eyelashes. To remove heavy eye makeup, place the soaked cotton pad briefly on the closed eyelid and press gently. Tip: Moisten the cotton pads with warm water beforehand. This makes the cotton pads softer and helps them adhere better, allowing the eye makeup to be removed.
