These terms will govern how buyers and sellers use the SKINMENU marketplace once the service launches.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to the terms set out on this page, together with the privacy policy and the shipping and returns policy.
2. Accounts and dual roles
One account covers both buying and selling. Sellers are additionally responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their stock levels, and dispatching orders on time.
3. Listings and authenticity
Sellers may only list authentic professional products they are authorised to resell. Listings that misrepresent a product's brand, condition, or expiry may be removed.
4. Liability
The marketplace facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. Section to be completed with counsel before launch.
