How orders are dispatched across multiple sellers, and the conditions for returning an item.

1. Dispatch
Orders containing items from several sellers are split into separate shipments, each dispatched independently. You are notified as each one ships.
2. Delivery estimates
Most sellers dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products can only be returned if they are faulty.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the seller confirms receipt. Section to be completed with counsel before launch.
